We have set up dedicated 24x7 call centre to provide accommodation enabling its patrons to book their nearest available hotel rooms instantly irrespective of their accessibility to Internet or smartphone ,with a option to make payment at hotel so that customer can experience and see the hotel room before making a payment ,said Mr. Pradeep Sajjan ,CEO Room on call.
The service is likely to be the first of its kind in the country with a current operations in 24 cities like Delhi /NCR ,Mumbai ,Bangalore.Jaipur ,Kolkata and expecting to add another 50 cities with a current portfolio of more than 4000 room nights to cater in more than 200 properties a day.We have got an excellent response and able to sold out more than 3000 room nights in August so far, added Mr. Pradeep Sajjan who declined to comment on Competetion with Oyo rooms ,stayzilla and zo rooms.
